We’re craftsmen, not pencil pushers. Joseph Spurlock, owner and chief builder, has been crafting custom homes in Chattanooga since 1994 and remodeling homes here since the late 1970s.

With extensive experience in custom trim and molding, stair work, and cabinetry, Joseph M. Spurlock Construction will build masterfully designed interior spaces and exteriors for your home, office, or storefront.

We're now developing homes in premium locations on Chattanooga’s north perimeter off Snow Hill Road. New homes in our exclusive Baycrest community will be available soon, from mid 300s to low 400s.
