Q: Where do you build? A: We’re located just north of Chattanooga, Tennesse, and build anywhere within a reasonable distance. Most of our work is done on the northern perimeter of Chattanooga in the Collegedale, Ooltewah, and Snow Hill areas.

Q: How much do your homes cost? A: Every custom home is uniquely tailored to our customers’ needs, so prices vary significantly. We typically build homes from $250,000 to up near 1 million, although we’ve built (and enjoyed building) multi-million dollar mansions.

Q: How long does it take to build a home? 6 months to 1 year, typically.

Q: Are you a licensed contractor? We are a licensed contractor in Tennessee.

Q: Do you have completed homes available? In addition to custom home-building, we do construct homes “speculatively”. To see what homes are currently for sale or under construction, visit our New Homes section.

Q: Can you make changes to a plan I have chosen? We can make minor changes for you and if necessary, help you locate an architect for more significant changes to plans.
